My most favourite past time pleasure is learning & teaching Karate; along with my daughter Nicolé. It must be one of the best ways of keeping fit & supple that I know. (and after 12 gruelling years in the Armed Forces, believe me I know!!).

Lessons are held at the Rivermead Leisure Centre in Richfield Avenue, where I teach on Saturday mornings and also at Thameside Primary School Hall off Gosbrook Road on Wednesday evenings. Both are in Caversham, Reading, Berkshire.
